Self-awareness leads to self-acceptance which leads to self-forgiveness which allows for unconditional love of the Self. When you can accept, forgive and love yourself unconditionally, you are free to do the same for others. It all starts with honesty. Be honest about one thing in your life and you have already reached awareness in that moment.
For instance, recognising that the choices you made in the past were somehow intended for your survival is an act of self-awareness that promotes self-forgiveness, which eventually leads to an unconditional understanding, and ultimately love, of the Self and others.
